Responsibilities:
* Prepare vehicles for painting (sanding, masking, priming)
* Apply paint using spray equipment to a high standard
* Match colors accurately and deliver flawless finishes
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a spray painter in a crash repair or automotive shop
* Knowledge of paint systems and spray techniques
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
