Overview
We are looking for Integration Project Manager to work with our client in the Government space
Integration Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of all integration activities within the Future Systems Program.
This role ensures seamless connection between the Salesforce-based regulatory platform and internal/external systems, enabling data sharing, process automation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Integration Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and ensure integrations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with program objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver the scope of the Systems Integration workstream within the Future Systems Program.
Develop and maintain detailed integration project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams (Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, QA) and external partners (Government agencies) to ensure successful integration implementation.
Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related issues, risks, and decisions.
Ensure integrations meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and provide regular status reporting to program leadership.
Monitor progress against milestones and manage change requests impacting integrations.
Support knowledge transfer and handover to BAU teams, including operational documentation and training materials.
Promote reuse of integration components and standardized approaches for future program initiatives.
Required Qualifications / Experience
Proven experience managing complex IT integration projects, preferably in government or regulatory environments.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar platforms and integration technologies (APIs, ETL, middleware).
Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, data security, and privacy requirements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with agile delivery methodologies and frameworks.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.
This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
