Key aspects of this role include providing administrative support to healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.

* Supporting healthcare professionals with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document management.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, treatment plans, and test results.
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
