**Sales Director Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the IP and Optical markets. This is a unique opportunity to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on IP and Optical sales. They will have established customer relationships and a proven ability to build new trusted relationships in defined markets and regions.
The successful candidate must be able to work remotely, independently, and manage all sales activities for all accounts. They will also need to possess consultative and solution-selling techniques, excellent business acumen, and technically astute skills.
The role involves recruiting and training new channel partners, identifying top direct and indirect sales opportunities, and building a sales plan to exceed quota. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining Salesforce and submitting regular reports to management with forecast.
The ideal location for this role is Sydney, however, the right candidate's skills and relationships take precedence. The successful candidate must be eligible to work in Australia.
