About The Opportunity
Mining Skills Australia (MSA) seeking Operator/Trainers to join our team. If you're an experienced operator with some hands-on training experience looking for a flexible work arrangement, this opportunity is for you.
Successful applicants must be based in Australia.
Mandatory Qualifications Required/What We Are Looking For
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
* Australian Driver's Licence
* RII's/Machine Competencies
* Minimum 3 yrs Operating production Excavator/Dozers
* Minimum 3yrs Operating production Graders /Dozers
* Some Hands-on experience with operator step-up and/or refresher training
* Must possess basic proficiency in using computers and/or Android tablets
Key Responsibilities
* Development and improvement of production operators.
* Uphold the values and professionalism of the company you represent.
* Proactive and effective communicator with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
* Positive self-presentation.
* Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that reflect both your expertise and the standards of the company you represent.
* Deliver training focused on componentry, preventative maintenance, safe operations, and operational efficiency.
