About the Role
As Store Manager at

A Day in the Life
Lead and inspire your team to meet sales targets and KPIs in a
customer-first culture
Deliver exceptional service and fit customers with their perfect denim
Coach, train, and develop your team to build a strong, high-performing store
Oversee stock, manage loss prevention, and maximise in-store profitability
Keep your store looking fresh through engaging visual merchandising
Manage team rosters efficiently to meet business needs
What You'll Bring
Strong retail leadership experience and a passion for coaching others
Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
A love for denim and fashion, with a sharp eye for customer needs
Experience in stock management and visual merchandising
