Talent Partner - Recruitment & Search

Location: Adelaide, SA

Salary package: Up to $85,000 OTE (On Target Earnings)

Responsibilities:

- Advertising and candidate attraction
- Screening resumes
- Interviewing candidates
- Reference checking
- Managing candidate profiles
- Providing career advice to candidates
- Running and servicing active job orders to source & test the right candidate for the job, taking into consideration all aspects of the client and candidate needs
- Maintaining relationships & networking with candidates

Recruitment is a sales and customer service role, with set KPIs around all the above activities.

Profile:

You may be a graduate with a degree in business, finance or a related field, or already have brief experience in a business‑related position and are ready to kick‑start a career in a profession that elevates human potential. The successful candidate must have full working rights in Australia.

- Self‑motivated and a strong organisational planner
- Strong influencing skills and an ability to consult
- Excellent skills in building instant rapport
- High levels of communication both written and verbal
- Desire to self‑develop and a hunger for success
