Senior Workforce Planner
We are seeking a talented and committed Senior Workforce Planner to lead country-wide staffing/high-volume hiring events for our Customer Fulfillment & Delivery Services teams.
* Manage the delivery of Associate labour through direct sourcing channels, vendor suppliers, daily vendor management and engagement initiatives.
* Owning the tactical development and delivery of community engagement plans, supporting labour demand planning with Finance and Supply Chain teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business operations and finance regional leaders to align labour strategy, plans and mitigate risk due to labour fulfillment with weekly Labour Assumption and Labour Planning meetings
Determine the hiring strategy with the country, considering local market conditions and cost per hire
Use multiple channels in sourcing stay current on recruiting sourcing trends (relevant to high-volume hiring) both in sourcing directly via third-party suppliers
Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience
2. Knowledge Microsoft Office products applications
3.
