The position responsibilities will include:
· Perform reception and front-of-house duties, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors
· Accurately interpret and enter daily employee dockets for internal tracking and payroll purposes
· Assist accounts payable officer using Xero and Workbench accounting software, to process invoice entry, reconciliation, and supplier payments
· Provide administrative support to the Hire, Project and Transport teams as needed, assisting with scheduling, documentation, and coordination
· Monitor and maintain stock levels of uniforms, stationery, and general office consumables, ensuring timely reordering and supply
· Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, both in writing and verbally
· Deliver training to team members to support knowledge sharing and ensure operational redundancy
· Uphold a high standard of professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Candidates must meet the following criteria
* High level computer literacy, particularly across the Microsoft suite of products
* Exceptional attention to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and documentation
* Strong time management skills and the ability to effectively multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* A self-motivated approach with a positive, can-do attitude
* Excellent presentation and both written and verbal communication skills
* Hold a minimum C class driver's licence
* Possess valid working rights in Australia
