Rapid Auto Repair are looking for a Workshop Foreman to lead our busy, growing team.
If you’re an experienced tech who’s ready to move into leadership, this is your chance to take charge, mentor apprentices, and keep the workshop running smooth — without being stuck doing the dirty work all day.
As our foreman, your role would include but not be limited to:
* Lead and support 6 qualified mechanics and 4 apprentices
* Organise daily workflow and job allocation
* Maintain strong quality control and workshop standards
* Assist in the training and mentoring of apprentices and technicians
* Perform NSW registration inspections
* Promote respect, accountability, and pride across the team
A little about what we are seeking:
* Experienced senior technician or current foreman
* Calm, confident leader who leads by example
* Organised, reliable, and quality-focused
* Trade qualified (NSW registration inspection accreditation preferred), Certificate III or above in
Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
