The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our clients and team members at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individual support plans that cater to each client's unique needs.
* Provide education and training to Secondary School Leavers, promoting lifelong learning and personal growth.
* Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for skill development and community engagement.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and adapt support plans as needed.
* Promote a culture of inclusivity and respect, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
* Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
* Current QLD Driver's License and First Aid Certificate & CPR.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
