The Position
Our innovative service model focuses on delivering the best clinical outcomes for clients.
As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Musculoskeletal, Neurological and Cardiorespiratory patients.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own home through home care packages/NDIS.
Work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.
Educate clients and their families to optimize their ability to live healthy lives within the community.
Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication.
Work autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports.
Receive support from our home care team who will schedule appointments and plan efficient routes.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
Registration with AHPRA.
Police Check Clearance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
