Role Responsibilities
* Complete day‐to‐day management of residential properties, ensuring compliance with legislation and providing outstanding client service.
* Liaise with owners, build rapport and relationships.
* Handle maintenance requests and tenant communications.
* Leverage the support of a dedicated leasing agent and inspections managers to conduct inspections.
* Work closely with business development team members to onboard new managements.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to property managers and assistants.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and contractors.
* Utilise technology to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with industry experts to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of property management experience.
* A current WA Property Management registration and driver's licence.
* Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem‐solving skills.
* Strong knowledge of WA tenancy laws and regulations.
* A proactive, client‐focused mindset and ability to delegate effectively.
