Key Client Interface Job Summary
As a key client interface, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects and programs. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure successful completion of projects and meet client requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing working relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Solving problems and making informed decisions
* Project planning, cost management, risk assessment, reporting, and budget control
* Managing project timelines, safety, environmental requirements, and chairing project/site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors
Requirements:
* A recognized degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management, or a related field
* 5+ years of project management experience, ideally client-side or consulting, with advanced Microsoft skills and Primavera skills highly regarded
