Technical Project Manager & Business Analyst Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage eCommerce website builds, enhancements, and support projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Main Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and execute eCommerce website development projects ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
* Determine project objectives, scope, roles, responsibilities, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, aligning with client expectations.
Business Analysis Activities
* Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for eCommerce solutions.
* Conduct requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping to identify business needs and pain points.
* Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to guide development and testing.
Client & Team Engagement
* Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters, maintaining open communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Project delivery on time and within budget constraints.
* Quality of deliverables and defect rates.
* Precision and completeness of business requirements documentation.
Requirements
* A relevant tertiary qualification.
* 1–3 years' experience in a project management or business analyst role, preferably within a digital agency or eCommerce environment.
* Jr–Midlevel level expertise.
