* The 12-month program is structured into four phases:

1. Simulated Practice: Develop your therapeutic skills in a safe environment, honing your ability to work effectively with clients.

2. Experiential Discovery: Immerse yourself in real-life situations to enhance your learning and develop practical solutions for clients.

3. Theoretical Learning: Strengthen your clinical expertise through interactive workshops and hands-on training.

4. Individualised Development: Design a custom program to suit your goals and aspirations, ensuring you're equipped to deliver exceptional care.

In this role, you will lead the delivery of community-based care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality support to clients. A typical day may involve:

1. Supporting Clients: Provide meaningful support to clients in their homes or clinic spaces, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.

2. Preparing for Appointments: Ensure seamless communication with clients and healthcare professionals through effective documentation and reporting.

3. Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with Clinical Supervisors, Team Leaders, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

We seek candidates who thrive in a supportive team environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional support to clients. If you possess a relevant qualification and meet the criteria below, we encourage you to apply:

* Relevant Qualification: Hold a tertiary qualification in occupational therapy or speech pathology.

* AHPRA or SPA Registration: Possess current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).

* Interest in Community Healthcare: Demonstrate a genuine interest in community healthcare and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

* Current Driver's Licence and Vehicle Access: Possess a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for travel between appointments.
