Your Role: Home Care Support Worker
As a trusted carer, you’ll provide personal care, social support, and domestic assistance to our Elders in Port Macquarie, including:
* Personal care – showering, feeding, toileting, and medication support.
* Social support – accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, and community outings.
* Domestic assistance – cleaning, laundry, meal prep, and more.
