Overview
Sales Coordinator role assisting Airport Store Management as a key management support position, with a focus on delivering high performance and excellent customer experiences across the store.
Responsibilities
* Achieve sales and profitability targets for the store by providing ongoing training, coaching, support, and feedback to the store's team.
* Lead and maintain the agreed merchandising standards.
* Contribute to financial performance through inventory management, loss prevention, and management of controllable expenses.
Qualifications
* You must enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, with proven retail experience and broad knowledge of computers, mobile phones, and other electronics.
* Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems), and ability to sell retail products and merchandise.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a consolidated sales team, and to work under pressure.
