In this role, you will: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote commercial properties. Support the team with tender submissions, ensuring all materials are professionally prepared and compliant. Manage the legal and compliance tasks involved in leasing and sales transactions. Conduct in-depth market research to provide valuable insights for the sales and leasing team. Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and ensure deadlines are met. Key Requirements: Proven experience in commercial sales and leasing administration (ideal). Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
