Our Opportunity:
We are seeking an Administration Support Officer to join our small team in Moriarty. 30 hours part time or a full time position.
You will be assisting our administration and operation and management teams within all areas of our business, playing an important role in maintaining smooth operations with all stakeholders. Your proven history of being the office all-rounder will assist you with the variety of tasks you will perform. You will be able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
Your responsibilities would include:
* Accounts Payable & Receivable
* Payroll
* Asset register management
* Receptionist duties
* Insurance administration including workers compensation
* General administrative support
* Subcontractor maintenance
* Reconciliations
* Basic data entry
* General finance support
Your experience:
* Previous experience in similar role
* Working knowledge or Xero or other accounting package
* Industry knowledge desirable
