About the Role We're looking for an experienced operations professional to help support the successful delivery of a range of unique travel experiences. This leadership role involves coordinating a variety of land-based activities, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting teams across multiple locations. With a mix of office-based responsibilities and occasional time on the ground, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain consistency, enhance systems and processes, and contribute to an exceptional experience.
