Overview
ELLEN HEALTH is a fully accredited general practice located in the heart of Fremantle. We have a busy reception supporting 25 part time practitioners. We are currently looking for another team member who enjoys the fast pace of general practice, has a high focus on customer service and patient interaction, and has a caring and enthusiastic approach to the position. The position is casual; must be able to work until 6pm and be available on weekends.

Tasks and Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist patients with enquiries and appointments.
* Answer and respond to telephone enquiries courteously and professionally.
* Accurately process patient payments via cash, EFTPOS, and direct bill transactions.
* Ensure the accurate storage and retrieval of patient personal and financial information.
* Support the day-to-day operations of the medical centre.
* The role is patient-focused and requires excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
* Attention to detail when managing documentation, booking appointments and filing.
* We utilise a range of medical software which requires strong computer skills.
* You will be working alongside a large, multidisciplinary team; we are looking for a team player with the ability to multitask.
* A positive and can-do attitude.
* You will be available to work either on the weekend or to 9pm at least one day per week.
Highly Regarded
* Previous experience in an accredited general practice.
* Experience using Best Practice software.
* Retail experience an advantage.
