Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Hobart Tasmania.
This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity with the possibility of working from Devonport for the remainder of the project duration.
The Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to the project team ensuring day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the project team
* Coordinate day to day operations
* Maintain accurate records and files
* Assist with purchasing requirements
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will require:
* A qualification in Business/Project Administration/Office Management
* At least 3 years experience in a similar role
* Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety
* A current Driver's Licence
* High level customer relationship management communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Intermediate level PC printer scanners and internet skills
* Intermediate level Office Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook skills
* High efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing
* Experience with diary and travel management
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
Desirable Skills
An ability to work co-operatively and effectively both independently and in a team environment would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in utilities and/or construction and/or resources industry.
A safe and flexible approach to carrying out required duties is essential.
