The Opportunity:
Our Client is one of Australia's top Life Insurance providers known for their Innovation and their
outstanding Company Culture. Due to the direct result of an internal promotion, they are now looking for an experienced Life Insurance Customer Service professional ready to take your next step.
Working in this close knit and supportive team environment, you'll manage a portfolio of Financial Advisers to provide proactive updates and a dedicated point of contact, building solid relationships and exceeding service levels.
Typical duties include:
Manage active policies and queries (excluding claims)
Keep advisers informed and answer all queries promptly
Handle commission queries
Provide advisers with weekly status updates on all cases in suspense
Accurately compile relevant management data as requested for reporting and analysis
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
Experience in Life Insurance with good product knowledge
Excellent communication skills and a passion for service delivery
Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise.
