Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare client files and input details into the firm's management system
* Draft engagement letters, client agreements, and fee quotes
* Track client onboarding progress and ensure all signed documents are returned and filed
* Keep digital and physical files organized, accurate, and up-to-date
* Complete and format legal templates such as contracts, wills, agreements, and correspondence
* Review documents for accuracy in names, dates, and details before submission
* Maintain and update firm templates to ensure consistency and compliance
* Proofread all documents to ensure they meet professional legal standards
* Record and track key contract and case deadlines
* Update shared calendars and send reminders to the legal team
* Follow up with clients for missing information or required actions
