Role Overview
CBRE is a leading property development and infrastructure advisory firm that specialises in strategic planning and the delivery of major infrastructure projects across diverse sectors. We are seeking a highly skilled Finance & Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
* Manage invoicing, budgets, financial reports, financial forecasts and revenue plans.
* Conduct contract reviews, manage conflicts of interest and assist the team with legal approval on contracts.
* Assist in integrating a new resourcing tool for the Development & Infrastructure team.
* Support the National Senior Operations Manager and National Director with additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
* Background in bookkeeping or accounting, commerce, economics or business.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with high attention to detail.
* Self‐starter with initiative, energy and a personable nature.
* Ability to work in the office with flexible hours to meet team requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to meet crucial deadlines and work under pressure.
