Job Overview
The Construction Supervisor oversees all aspects of jobsite management, including staffing, scheduling, and subcontractor relations.
This role requires extensive industry experience and understanding of client and project needs.
To be successful, the candidate should have:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
* A minimum of five years of leadership experience in commercial construction, with a background in mid-size to large projects
* Current OSHA 30-hour or 10-hour certification
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Office, Procore
* A valid driver's license with a safe driving record
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining safety standards and enforcing policies
* Constructing projects according to plans and specifications
* Ensuring timely completion of paperwork and documentation
* Supervising craft workers
* Planning work schedules, workforce, materials, and equipment
This position includes a truck or vehicle allowance, bonus, and profit sharing.
