About the role
We're seeking a Category Manager - Cabot’s who is passionate about growing and evolving the Woodcare Category. This role involves using data and a customer-focused approach to set and review category performance, inform brand strategy, and spearhead projects such as range reviews and space optimization initiatives to enhance the business

Responsibilities
4. Conduct category reviews and develop robust plans for presentation to key stakeholders.
5. Manage the space planning database, providing category-centric recommendations.
6. Extract data and translate it to gain category insight and recommendations.
7. Drive the CPWB growth agenda, working with Category, Brand, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial teams, and key Customers
Skills & Experience
8. Data analysis and reporting skills: Ability to use data tools and systems to generate insights and recommendations.
9. Space planning and pricing strategy: Experience with space optimization, range reviews, and margin optimization.
10. Stakeholder engagement and communication skills: Ability to influence and work closely with cross-functional teams and customers
11. Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding
