Key Role: Marketing and Campaigns Strategist for Land Domain
We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive business growth in our Land domain, encompassing Protected Vehicles, Integrated Weapon Systems, and Explosive Ordnance Services. The ideal candidate will develop targeted marketing strategies that support domestic and international market expansion.
Responsibilities:
* Develop differentiated value propositions and execute integrated campaigns that align with business priorities.
* Translate business objectives into clear segment marketing strategies and priorities.
* Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and segmentation across the Land domain.
* Design integrated value propositions and messaging for key customers.
* Lead the Segment Marketing Plan and execute targeted, multi-channel campaigns for priority accounts and regions.
* Collaborate with Sales, Product Lines, Account Teams, and Regional Marketing to ensure alignment and impactful delivery.
* Track performance, report on KPIs, and continuously optimise marketing activities to support growth targets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience converting business goals into actionable marketing strategies, ideally for export or international markets.
* Experience with defence market dynamics, procurement processes, or vehicle systems.
* Strong expertise in customer value–based marketing within defence, automotive, aerospace, or high-tech sectors.
* Demonstrated capability in end-to-end campaign development and execution.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data to guide decisions.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
Clearance and Eligibility:
A Defence security clearance is required for this role; applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance. Additional information with regards to clearances is available from the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency website.
