- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Operate and maintain flatbed and roll to roll large format digital printers;
- Utilize computer software, including Illustrator and Corel Draw, to create high-quality prints;
- Demonstrate a good understanding of finishing processes to ensure the delivery of completed, professional products;
- Uphold a keen eye for detail, quality, and safety in all aspects of the printing process;
- Effectively manage workflow and raw materials, handling multiple jobs simultaneously;
- Provide leadership by managing and training production team members;
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and take initiative to complete tasks independently; and
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
- **Qualifications**_
- Proven experience in large format digital printing;
- Proficiency in operating Mimaki, Roland and Mutoh printers is an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of Illustrator and Corel Draw;
- Familiarity with finishing processes;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; and
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
