Due to internal changes and ongoing growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to play a key role in strengthening financial performance and supporting strategic decision making.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of key management accounting activities, including:
* Preparing monthly management reports and financial analysis
* Supporting annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
* Providing insights to operational leaders to guide decision making
* Maintaining robust financial controls and assisting with audit requirements
* Driving process improvements across reporting and financial operations
* Partnering with stakeholders across a purpose‑led, mission‑focused organisation
This is a broad and hands‑on position offering true scope to influence both financial outcomes and organisational impact.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in a management accounting, financial analysis or similar role
* CA/CPA qualification (or working toward) highly regarded
* Strong analytical capability and the confidence to advise non‑finance stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, purpose‑driven approach
* Prior experience in the NFP sector is advantageous but not essential.
