About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated, career-minded
Site Supervisor/Foreman
to join our team in Canberra. You'll play a key role in the delivery of a high-profile defence project, leading site activities and ensuring quality, safety, and collaboration across the build.
Responsibilities Include
Coordinating and delivering multiple subcontractor and trade packages (structure, services & finishes)
Developing short and medium-term construction programs
Leading quality control and site safety initiatives
Communicating effectively with engineering and commercial teams
Applying a strong understanding of construction practices, sequencing, and building-related goals
About You:
Intermediate experience in construction/building delivery in a site supervision/management role
Relevant trade qualification
Experience with holistic trade package delivery (structure, services, and finishes)
Background with mid to top-tier builders/contractors/projects
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Diverse project experience preferred
Must be an Australian permanent resident
