Brett Harvey Designs and Constructions are seeking an experienced and high-performing New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in Dubbo.
The New Home Sales Consultant is part of Brett Harvey Designs and Construction and reports to the General Manager.
The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey of purchasing and building a new home with Brett Harvey Designs.
Primary duties and responsibilities: Strength and success of sales and marketing strategy and Campaigns.
Enhance customer experiences with proactive communication and positive engagement.
Reporting on weekly sales performance indicators.
Regular evaluation, analysis and improvements of the customer experience through customer survey touchpoints and feedback.
Participate and contribute to fortnightly sales meetings.
Asset management and quality presentation of Brett Harvey Designs display home, including built-form inventory and front-of-house customer service area.
Experienced understanding of Contract of Sale Conditions to manage and mitigate financial, legal, ethical and general business-related risks and implications.
Provide advice on house design selection, upgrade options and marketing collateral.
Support customers through the sales cycle from the initial quote, presenting tenders, variations, colour selections and plan presentations, contract signing to the final Home handover.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers in making informed decisions within the timeframe and budget.
Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor throughout the home-building experience.
Assisting clients with their finance requirements including liaising with banks and finance brokers as required.
Understanding of DA-CC and CDC approval requirements.
Essential requirements: An enthusiastic and proactive leader who is team culture and customer-focused.
Qualifications and relevant industry experience in the residential New Home sales process.
Travel is an essential and regular requirement to meet, liaise with and secure new customers and service their requirements throughout the process.
Experienced use of industry-leading systems and programs, such as Framework, HubSpot, Office 365, or similar.
Strong business, legal and financial understanding backed by a history of success.
Demonstrated skills, experience and understanding of real estate and property development marketing and advertising techniques and strategies.
Strong capability of identifying opportunities and business improvements, making proactive recommendations, and acting.
Understanding of planning controls and the residential Building development approval and delivery process.
Experienced and robust understanding of home construction administration and delivery process.
Strongly developed decision-making and problem-solving skills.
