Job Description
We are committed to delivering outstanding service and tailored property solutions to our clients. We are looking for a proactive and driven Associate Buyer's Agent to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Senior Buyer's Agents while helping clients achieve their property investment goals.
As an Associate Buyer's Agent, you will be the right hand to our Senior Buyer's Agents, learning how to deliver outstanding client service by assisting them in guiding clients through the acquisition process. You will help manage client communication and updates, supporting transactions from initial consultation through to settlement.
This position requires someone with drive, strong people skills, and a genuine interest in the property space. We provide training, hands‐on mentorship, and licensing support. You will learn quickly, work directly with clients under Senior Buyer's Agent supervision, and gain real experience that sets you up for a standout career in the property industry.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Support Senior Buyer's Agents in managing clients across all stages of the property journey, from initial brief through to settlement
* Communicate with clients as directed by Senior Buyer's Agents, helping them stay informed and confident throughout the process
* Collaborate internally with due diligence, acquisitions, and client success teams to ensure smooth transactions
* Assist clients by guiding them through contracts of sale and key conditions under the guidance of the Senior Buyer's Agent.
* Assist Senior Buyer's Agents in liaising with legal and finance teams to maintain compliance, coordinate settlements, and ensure contracts are executed on time
* Assist in reviewing property and market research to identify suitable opportunities
* Support negotiations and purchase terms to help achieve optimal outcomes for clients
* Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the acquisition process
* Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry contacts
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity within CRM systems
* Contribute to team goals and foster a positive, collaborative environment
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Assistant Agent Certificate / Real Estate Licence or Certificate IV (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong passion for property investment and helping clients achieve their goals
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Highly organised with strong time management skills
* High attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
