 
        
        Franklin Wharf Restaurant & Bar is on the lookout for a energetic and experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our iconic Hobart venue which includes our busy Restaurant and Function Centre.

What You'll Be Doing Overseeing the daily operations of the Restaurant, Bar and Function Centre 
Driving venue sales and hitting revenue targets 
Managing staff recruitment, rostering, and performance 
Coordinating stock ordering and supplier relationships 
Leading social media and promotional activities 
Maintaining high standards of customer service and venue presentation 
Ensuring compliance with RSA and licensing regulations 
Working nights and weekends will be required 
What You’ll Need Proven hospitality management experience 
Strong leadership, communication and people management skills 
Minimum of 3 years’ experience at senior manager level 
A proactive and solutions-focused approach 
Confidence in sales, operations, and staff management 
Experience with social media marketing (desirable) 
Current RSA and Driver’s Licence 
Availability for flexible hours including nights and weekends 
What’s On Offer Salary package of $120,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)
