Finance Manager / Corporate Finance Manager
Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
We’re partnering with the Australian arm of a high‑growth global aggregator, backed by an international private‑equity fund with offices across Paris, Spain, and Germany, to appoint a Finance Manager or Corporate Finance professional to their growing Sydney team.
The business operates at the intersection of real assets and digital media, focusing on owning, upgrading, and digitising out‑of‑home media across Australia. It has established a significant national footprint through strategic acquisitions, sale‑and‑leaseback transactions, and digital transformation initiatives, positioning itself as a market leader in this evolving sector.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director and an entrepreneurial leadership team comprising proven operators and founders who have successfully built and exited businesses in this space. You’ll play a key role in supporting the next phase of growth and consolidation, combining financial and commercial analysis to drive decision‑making across investments, capital deployment, pricing, and business planning, while collaborating with a best‑in‑class corporate finance team based in London. The environment is lean, fast‑paced, and high‑impact, offering hands‑on exposure to both strategic investment activity and corporate operations.
Qualifications
* Chartered Accountant or equivalent (CA qualified), with experience in an active corporate role across FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance.
* 6‑10 years of total experience, or equivalent seniority.
* Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
