**Part-Time Payroll Officer**
**About the company**
This is a locally based role with a small friendly team and with a well-established brand, located in Western Sydney.
**About the role**
Reporting to the Head of Finance you will manage a mid-sized payroll from beginning to end, working Mon-Wed and half day on Fridays. You will be responsible for the verification of the payroll accuracy, identifying anomalies and handling payroll related enquiries. In addition, you will look after
- Regular payroll maintenance
- Processing new hires and terminations
- Paying of workers comp, reimbursement, and reconciliation
- Award and EBA interpretations
- Maintain Personnel record files
- Completing month end process and reporting
**About you**
- Previous experience using Kronos time and attendance system
- Micropay experience will be highly regarded
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Enjoy working as part of a team
