**You will be expected to work alongside the Business Improvement Controller for**:
- A process for the business to propose initiatives, the PMO to work with the business to determine the risks, costs, resource effort, indicative deadlines, and priority of the initiative
- Delivering projects on time, to a high quality to meet the expectations of the Director.
- Improve reporting, governance, and visibility of projects to the executive
- Achieving from the outset of each project (and for the portfolio as a whole) an up-front understanding of actual and forecast costs, total cost of ownership.
- The capability to understand the resourcing requirements of each executive stream in relation to the demands of BAU and proposed projects combined. Supporting more sophisticated decision-making for the executives.
