Customer Service Supervisor – Part Time
* Salary: $75,246 per annum pro rata
* Hourly rates: M‑F $33.08 / SAT $41.89 / SUN $43.80

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Craigie Leisure Centre. In this role, you will oversee customer service operations, ensuring members and visitors receive a high-quality experience. You will provide leadership and support to Customer Service Officers, manage reception operations, resolve customer issues, and maintain efficient administrative processes. This position also involves promotion of the centre's services, monitoring customer service systems, and contributing to the success of our retail shop.

* Proven ability to manage customer service operations and administrative processes effectively, including optimising service delivery, overseeing daily workflows of the reception area and ensuring compliance with internal policies to maintain high operational standards.
* Experienced in conflict resolution, handling challenging situations calmly and professionally, and fostering collaboration through clear communication.
* Comprehensive knowledge of customer service principles, point-of-sale systems, and leisure management software, enabling efficient service delivery and streamlined operational processes in high-volume environments.
* Proven ability to monitor and maintain retail stock levels, while supporting sales performance tracking, inventory management, and stock order processing to achieve financial targets.
