About The Role
Seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience working within a Telecommunications Construction environment. The Project Manager requires an ability to navigate through a complex array of relationships and dependencies. An ability to work with people amicably is an absolute must. A willingness to learn build relationships through these experiences is of paramount importance.
Responsibilities
Comprehensive knowledge of the interplay between power and building infrastructure, contract management, vendor management, internal business units, and relevant authorities (e.g., power supply authorities).Ability to provide expert advice on building design, acquisition, and property-related matters, including interactions with contract management.Knowledge of property management and town planning for development projects; experience in civil construction with a trade certificate or related qualification.Must have experience in Telecommunication ConstructionProven and successful track record in successful project management.Solid understanding of the structure, purpose, and process for establishing network facilities.Demonstrated capability to effectively oversee a large design and delivery program, including monitoring, reviewing, and auditing for compliance, cost, and quality.Proven skill in managing multiple, diverse projects from conception through design and ready build, along with mentoring and instructing team members in all aspects of project management.Extensive knowledge of commercial contract processes, procedures, and approvals associated with constructing and maintaining buildings.In-depth understanding of construction aspects, regulatory requirements, site sharing, and property acquisition directly linked to mobile telecommunications networks.Strong negotiation skills at all levels.
