Job Summary
Interim Head of Capital Schools Programme – Hybrid. Responsible for leading a £80m education capital programme, focusing on school expansions and contractual management.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, design and delivery of capital projects within the education sector.
* Manage contractual relationships and contract negotiations.
* Ensure projects meet schedule, budget and quality requirements.
* Provide strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
* Degree in Built Environment or related field with professional accreditation.
* Proven track record managing public sector capital projects.
* Strong knowledge of contract management and procurement.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation & Benefits
£800 per day, inside IR35, hybrid working in Liverpool.
