Your Role
As a Guidewire Configuration/Integration Lead, you will lead the implementation of Guidewire Insurance Suite solutions (Guidewire ClaimsCenter or PolicyCenter or BillingCenter). This role requires deep technical expertise in Guidewire platforms, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance domain.
This is a full-time role that will be based in North America, across any of the following locations –
* Chicago, IL
* New York, NY
* Atlanta, GA
* Hartford, CT
* San Antonio, TX
* Columbus, OH
You will play key role in:
* Leading the configuration or integration workstream for Guidewire modules (ClaimsCenter, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter).
* Designing, developing, and unit testing scalable and maintainable Guidewire solutions.
* Collaborating with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
* Managing scope, estimating effort, building project plans, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery.
* Providing technical leadership and mentorship to team members across onsite and offshore locations.
* Ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
* Participating in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology, or related field.
* Must have extensive specialist experience in Guidewire ClaimsCentre, PolicyCentre or BillingCentre
* Strong expertise inGuidewire Configuration or Integration(version 7.0 or above).
* Proficiency inGOSU,PCF,XML,Product Model,Activity Assignments,Forms, andInference Engine.
* Proven experience in theProperty & Casualty insurance domain.
* Deep understanding of the Guidewire platform includingStudio,UI, andData Model.
* Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools like SVN, CVS, or similar.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
