The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a high‐performing organization and support the delivery of effective financial management and reporting. Reporting to a senior operational leader, this role will play a key part in ensuring financial integrity while supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly financial and management reports, providing clear analysis and insights
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
* Assist with financial modeling and business case development
* Monitor capital expenditure, project tracking, and work‐in‐progress reporting
* Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
* Maintain strong internal controls, governance, and adherence to statutory obligations
* Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support
About You
* Solid technical accounting capability with attention to detail
* Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders
* Well‐organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
