The Opportunity
Based from our Southport office with flexible working from home options, this is a key role within MEGT (Australia) Ltd Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) Division. The primary focus of this role will be to coordinate and execute the recruitment functions and associated activities in addition to sourcing new vacancies through reverse marketing. The Recruitment Consultant will provide a consistently high standard of customer service by recruiting candidates to be placed successfully with host employers within a range of industry sectors.
In the role, you will be required to:
1. Coordinate and execute high-quality recruitment functions
2. Source, select, assess and interview a wide range of applicants for various positions ranging across specialisation
3. Develop strategic and collaborative relationships with business partners and other stakeholders through strong relationship networking
4. End to end recruitment process from advertisement, job profile template, references check and offer
5. Deliver superior customer service and supply quality candidates to complement the workforce of our clients
6. Manage and develop active candidate talent pools
7. Reverse market candidates to current, inactive and new host employers
8. Maintain and update recruitment records and system database management
9. Create reports of recruitment vacancies
10. Undertake collaborative development and improvement activities with candidates and host employers through measuring performance, providing feedback and recognizing achievements
This full-time fixed-term position is a 12-month contract opportunity covering leave.
About you
11. Proven experience with high volume and end to end recruitment
12. High quality communication and interpersonal skills
13. Demonstrated experience in strategic relationship building
14. Comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies
15. Detailed knowledge of job offers processes and related industry regulations
16. Current driver license
The successful applicant will be required to undertake pre-employment checks which may include a National Police Check, State/Territory Working with Children Check, two reference checks, verify your right to work in Australia and confirmation of qualifications.
