You will deliver a full range of high-quality HR services including:
1. Supporting Offshore Management with all aspects of Human Resources and Employee Relations Management
2. Employee relations issue resolution
3. Consultation and advice on areas such performance management and standards and conditions of employment
4. Review and update of policy and procedures
5. Promote a strong service culture to the Operations Division
6. Offshore resourcing requirements
7. Salary and benefits administration
8. Disputes and grievance handling
9. Support the business with roll-out of employee-based initiatives
10. Relevant HR tertiary qualification or equivalent
11. Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations and staff management/development
12. Previously experience within the Oil & Gas or Resources sector is preferable
13. Work closely with all other teams in HR and IR to ensure a consistent approach and application of policy across the business in line with long-term strategies
14. Relevant HR role at a Professional level with additional other related experience
15. Experience in site-based contexts and ability to deliver on HR projects
16. Experience in managing grievances and conducting workplace investigations
17. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the Company, especially with frontline employees
18. Ability to demonstrate well developed knowledge and experience of applicable legislation including the, Modern Awards and the National Employment Standards
