**About the role**
Working with the CEO and Executive team, you will be responsible for the day to day sales management and strategic direction of the sales department within QLD. This function will also be responsible for:
- Sales Management of new and existing business 
- Manage sales budgets 
- Building strategic partnerships within the industry 
- Supporting implementation of marketing initiatives 
- Directs sales and forecasting activities and set performance goals 
- Mentor existing sales team 
- Delivering sales presentations and reporting
**About you** 
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver sales KPIs 
- Outstanding written presentation, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 
- Strong client engagement and leadership skills
**Requirements**:
- Proven sales and leadership skills 
- Results driven with strong relationship building ability 
- Ability to travel intra and inter-state
