About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the head chef and senior chefs to prepare and execute a menu that showcases an elevated casual dining experience.
This includes a range of options such as pizza, tacos, and share plates featuring local produce.
* Rund a section with creativity and excellent presentation skills.
* Work collaboratively with team members across this team.
* Assist senior chefs in planning and executing sections.
* Maintain high standards of food quality.
* Cook and plate food to a consistently high standard.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* A proven track record in hospitality with a strong understanding of menu development and execution.
* Excellent creativity and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* An ability to work flexibly including weekends and public holidays.
* A commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.
