Job Description:
* We're seeking a driven and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team.
* This role involves growing and managing a portfolio of new and existing accounts while consistently delivering strong sales results.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and passion for building long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and maintaining existing accounts by building strong customer relationships.
2. Scheduling site visits and working closely with builders and clients to understand their needs.
3. Collaborating with internal teams and external clients to drive sales and deliver outstanding service.
4. Achieving sales targets and budgets through continuous performance improvement.
5. Managing customer complaints and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
6. Providing expert guidance to customers on our products by staying up to date.
7. Representing the company at trade shows and industry events as required.
Requirements:
* Experience in sales, preferably within the building materials market.
* Ability to read a building plan.
* Ability to work well autonomously and in a team.
* An open, honest, and authentic approach.
* Strong computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
