We're looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager tojoin our team in a standalone role, leading and delivering the full spectrum of HR functions across the organisation.
About the Role
As People & Culture Manager, you'll be the trusted partner to leadership and employees alike. You'll manage the entire HR lifecycle—from strategic planning to day-to-day operations—while shaping a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations:
* Provide strategic HR advice to senior leadership
* Manage employee engagement and organisational culture programs
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices
* Oversee learning, development, and workforce planning
About You
* Experience as a HR generalist role with a minimum of four years' experience
* Comfortable working in a standalone HR environment
* Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves operationally
