Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to deliver comprehensive mental health care to children and adolescents with complex needs.
This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan and deliver holistic care to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing severe mental illness.
* Collaborate with a team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
* Provide education and support to families of individuals experiencing severe mental illness.
* Contribute to the development of programs aimed at preventing unnecessary hospitalisations and improving access to timely clinical care.
Requirements
Critical Qualifications:
* Qualification as per classification listed in position description.
* Membership of the peak body professional association for Social Workers or Occupational Therapists, Nurses AHPRA.
* NSW Working with Children clearance.
